COVID-19 Protocols

(Updated 10/14/2021)

Masks are required to be worn as members enter the church and while in the narthex. Members can remove their masks once seated if not in the designated mask area. The front several pews on the lectern side will remain reserved for people wearing the masks during the entire service while maintaining social distancing as well. Ropes will continue to be used to emphasize the restrictions for this area. All other pews you can choose to continue to wear masks or to remove them once you are in your pew.

An Elder or a Deacon will now be letting out the service starting with worshippers in the masked section.

Our life in the body of Christ begins when we connect with our Lord and Savior, Jesus. Through both Word and Sacrament, God comes to us making this a foundational element in our church community. Worship at St. John offers the truths and guidance of Scripture, the reassurance of God’s love and forgiveness, and the opportunity to praise the Lord.
