Our Early Learning Center hosts on-site commercial extracurricular activities so families of students enrolled can conveniently eliminate having to transport their child to another location. These activities are sponsored by outside agencies and taught by non-ELC personnel. Cost related to these programs are not included in ELC tuition and are a separate fee paid directly to each vendor. Please check the website of each business for details if you are interested.
Soccer Shots Southern DuPage County
Soccer Shots is a national program. For nearly 15 years, it has been introducing soccer exclusively to children ages 3 to 5. Our coaches are energetic and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with preschoolers. Using creative and imaginative games, weekly sessions focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting. We also highlight a positive character each session such as respect, teamwork, and appreciation. Soccer Shots will expose your child to the fun of soccer and provide the foundation needed to get started in the sport.
Tennis Titans
Tennis Titans is a program designed to introduce tennis to children. The main goal is to instill a life long love of tennis in young children, teach them the ABCs of tennis, give them confidence...and have fun! Titans I, for children ages 2-6, encourages balance, agility, and coordination while focusing on the tennis building blocks for serve, rally, and scoring. Children will learn fundamental movement skills such as rolling, tossing (underhand), throwing (overhand) and catching through fun games which also develop numeracy and language skills. Colored equipment helps to keep children stimulated and specially designed rackets and balls introduce them to striking and receiving skills.
