At St. John Early Learning Center your child is our passion. Our DCFS licensed facility along with our fully certified staff provides a loving, Christian environment where your child will feel safe to learn and grow. Our teachers look at each child as an individual and make our program flexible to each child’s needs. St. John follows the early learning standards set by the state of Illinois. Our daily schedule includes time for worship, age-appropriate academic learning, arts and crafts, music, developmental centers, playtime, story time, gross motor and outdoor play. New to our curriculum this fall is the addition of Jolly Phonics.
In an effort to meet the changing needs of families in our community, St. John Early Learning Center has expanded its class schedule to include:
- Half day and full day preschool
- Before school and after school care
- Afternoon kindergarten

Class Schedule
Our pre-school and kindergarten is a ministry of St. John Lutheran Church and has been serving the community for 40 years. Our program is designed to serve children age 2+ through age 5. A detailed class schedule is given below along with including class costs and fees. Please click on the Registration tab to register online.
